You have chosen a picture perfect setting for your wedding. Now you need to select a professional wedding officiant who takes great pride in conducting a ceremony that is perfect for you.
I am Rev. Gary Cobb and I am a non-denominational minister based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I specialize in personalized wedding ceremonies at the location of your choice. I will perform your custom marriage ceremony at your home, barn, garden, museum, park, restaurant, hotel, reception hall, church, golf course or any other location which may be meaningful to you.
It Is Your Special Day
You should not have to compromise on the wedding ceremony that you want. There are no two couples alike, so I allow you the freedom to construct a wedding ceremony that will reflect your union and the unique fundamental beliefs that you share.
You are also free to choose a prewritten ceremony from my website or one that you have found on the internet. I am also available to create a ceremony with you or help you with any ideas that you may have.
It is your wedding and you should have the ceremony that you want.
Indiana and Ohio Coverage
As an ordained minister, I am authorized to officiate weddings anywhere in Indiana by the church and under Indiana Code 31-11-6. I am also licensed by the Ohio Secretary of State to solemnize weddings anywhere in Ohio.
The majority of the ceremonies that I perform are in the Fort Wayne area, but I will gladly perform your Ohio ceremony in Williams, Defiance, Paulding or Van Wert county.
Select The Right Officiant
The most important thing about your wedding is that you and your fiancé(e) have the ceremony that you want and feel comfortable with. A good officiant should allow couples the freedom to choose their own ceremony. Your wedding ceremony should reflect your beliefs and not necessarily the officiant's.
Take the time to get to know the officiant before you hire them. Take the time to sit down and talk to them to make sure they are perfect for you. Do not allow them to pressure you into making any decisions that you feel uncomfortable with. Remember, your wedding is all about you and not the officiant.
Commitment Ceremonies
Can't be legally married, for whatever reason, or just want to profess your love for each other in front of your friends and family?
I will act in the capacity of celebrant and will perform your ceremony for you. I have a few commitment ceremonies listed on my site and will be more than happy to be part of your special occasion.
